Dr. Kelly Palmer, DO is a board-certified psychiatrist. He received his medical degree from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine then completed his residency and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry through the U.S. Army at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, GA. He has been in practice for more than 30 years and currently serves as an inpatient psychiatrist at the Idaho State Hospital South in Blackfoot, ID.
